The Story Behind the Photo #2: Fort Morgan Arches

Back in January 2010, I took a road trip with John R to check some southern states off my list (I've now been to every state but Hawaii--saving that for a honeymoon someday)​.  While waiting for a ferry, we wandered around Fort Morgan on Mobile Bay in Alabama, where I snapped this shot. I got very lucky because I shot this handheld and it was pretty dim (I used a bit of Lightroom magic on this photo). More photos of this trip here.
