The Story Behind the Photo #14: Catskills Sunrise and Moonset

A friend of mine occasionally house sits near Boiceville, NY in the winter when the owners take a badly needed break. Sometimes, I'm able to visit and, back in January 2011 I was up early (a rare occurrence) because I had to head back to the city for an event.  I saw this scene on my way to the car.  I only had my little camera and no tripod so I snapped this with my little point and shoot.​
