New York at Christmas (in the Summer)...

OK, I literally have about six things in my "todo" folder that I want to write about here, but I've been too busy working on the show control system for a bus for the touring Radio City Christmas Spectacular.   I was on the stage at the music hall today, and besides the fact that the people over there are so great, it's always special working there for me since I distinctly remember walking across the stage in the 1970's on a "backstage" tour when I was a kid, and thinking what an amazing place this was (is).

Here's some video from from the main show in NYC, which I worked on this time last summer.  It seems appropriate to watch this now since it's been at least 800 degrees F in NYC for, well, what seems like about the last 18 months.  And now, you too, will have "New York at Christmas" stuck in your head.

I've also been sea and whitewater kayaking so much that I literally wore holes in my right (paddle control) hand. 'm paddling the Mongaup river this weekend too, so I'll try and get caught up next week...
