Show Control Derby

Kristian Lane from the University of Derby wrote in with the results of a very interesting show control project he did with his students, watch the video here:

Mr. Lane wrote:

I teach on the BSc(Hons) Sound, Light & Live Event Technology degree at the University of Derby. Amongst other things I teach a bit of Show Control (needless to say your book is a recommended text). . . .The students all comment that this is one of their favourite assignments. . . . the brief is fairly open and they have to be the "creatives" as well as the technicians which I think they really appreciate (and hopefully learn from).  This particular group pulled out all the stops and managed to blag a lot of additional equipment for free as well as arranging the magazine review themselves.
