so cool!!!

one sunday, early morning, running up the Hudson River on the boat headed north to work, we passed your Manhattanhenge just as the sun was rising. The sun's rays came from out beyond Long Island, over east river, through the still city, and sparkled over the Hudson and into our little wheelhouse, was interrupted by city blocks, and came back. Incredible.
