Brooklyn Mourning Doves

I had a pair of mourning doves on my terrace; I posted a few photos here and here.  Now, I finally got all the time lapse and video edited up into this short video:

The doves were pretty interesting, and only ever left the nest for a few minutes at a time for about a month.  They even survived a hostile attack by another dove couple, and I managed to snap this photo:

The babies started out tiny (that's an empty egg shell on the terrace):

But very quickly grew into little mini doves:

The babies are now roosting up somewhere (I'm guessing in a nearby tree) and they hang out on my neighbors roof:

The parents were still feeding them as of the other day:
