Whew...

Haven't been posting much here lately, it's just been yet another insane end of the semester, plus I've been working on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Annex in preparation for the new John Lennon exhibit (PDF press release here), plus I went to Radiolab's A/V Smackdown (I didn't have time to write it up but someone else did) at WNYC's very cool new Greene Space.  Here's a photo I took of the Hungry March Band before they made the "no photos" announcment:

Also, I was helping out a bunch of students with their senior project fashion show, EcoEnvy, which ran last night (click for more photos):

This photo should be ample proof that we are not a traditional theatre department. Behind and above those models are a ton of LED fixtures and Martin moving lights controlled by a Hog IPC (owned by a student!), a Meyer sound system run through a PM5D, Shure headworn wireless, Watchout for video, brand new flat screens, etc etc etc.

Two more weeks of school, woo-hoo!

I know my theater is, but is anyone else building their own DMX controlled LED fixtures?
