Laser Power Station Clouds

Very interesting use of a laser in Helsinki to highlight an emissions issue (even if they might be projecting only on steam):

According to this site, they asked residents to reduce their consumption and unplug their appliances and then watch the reaction of the cloud.  It's certainly an interesting way to build awareness. Thanks to the eyebeam reblog for the info...
